I’m so excited about this session I recently did with Shay & Brian! First of all these two are awesome…and adorable!! Shay is also my step-cousin. I particularly love to photograph people I know well and love and Shay & Brian are no exception! When they mentioned that they wanted to do their session on Brian’s farm, I was thrilled!! Don’t get me wrong…I love the city! But there is just something about a gorgeous summer evening out in the wide open farmlands that warms my heart! Guess it’s the midwest girl in me. It may have even inspired me to listen to a little country music as I wrote this post…

I can’t wait for Shay and Brian’s big day! It’s going to be a blast!!!
